A wedding Ceremony and Reception at Heather Glen golf course.

On Saturday July 6th, 2013 two wonderful people Stacey Duchscher and Greg Rennie joined by their adorable daughter Sierra exchanged vows and wedding rings, and officially sealed the bond of love they have for each other. They choose the Heather Glen golf course for their wedding.  Heather Glen is a public nine-hole golf course located is Ashburn, Ontario and was sculpted out of the beautiful Oak Ridges Moraine in Durham Region. Heather Glen offers spectacular views and is a beautiful location for wedding photography.

One of the benefits of a Heather Glen Wedding is that even on a hot and muggy day we kept cool riding around in the golf carts from one scenic location to another.

The ceremony was beautiful and Sierra almost outshone Stacey as she was wheeled down the aisle in her styling Trike. Stacey and Greg followed their vows by a Sand Ceremony. The Sand ceremony symbolized the blending of three different beings, Stacey, Greg and their daughter Sierra, into a single, inseparable unit that is their family — the joining of their lives. Hard as it would be to separate out those grains of sand, that’s how difficult it is to separate this family.

The ceremony was followed by a casual cocktail hour on the balcony overlooking the rolling hills and ponds of Heather Glen.

Stacey made a quick change into a gorgeous purple gown for the reception that followed. Dinner was an intimate and delicious affair with touching speeches filled with heart and humor.

Thank you both for inviting me to document your wedding, it was such a pleasure to be a part of and I wish you many years of loving happiness!
